1. Open Netscape Messenger. Click on Edit (1) on the pull down menu and chose Preferences (2).
2. Under Category, select Mail Server (3) in Mail & Newsgroups.
3. Enter mail.Mydomain.com (4). (if your domain name is website123.com, then it will be mail.website123.com)
4. Click Add... (5) to add a new Incoming Email server profile.
5. Enter your email server name in Server Name text box (6).
6. Select POP3 Server (7) in Server Type.
7. Enter your username in the following format.
user%Mydomain.com@pop.Mydomain.com (8)
i.e.
Your email address is peter@abc.com
Your Mail server name is mail.abc.com
Then your User Name will be peter%abc.com@pop.abc.com
