- Once you have logged into web
go to the upper right-hand corner and click on the little arrow
that points down or “Account Options” with your left mouse button.
- Then go down to “Change My Processing
Rules” and click on it with your left mouse button.

3. Then click on the Add button with your
left mouse button.

4. Then go down to Select Field and click on it with your left
mouse button. From here you can decided what you part of the
e-mail you want to block. These are your choices: Subject, To,
From, Sender, Header, and Body.

- Next you enter in Phrase that you want to block. I will use
Porn as the subject as an example.

6. Then click on “Add Condition” with your left mouse button.

- It should look something like
this after you hit “Add Condition”.
7. Then click on “Finish” with your left mouse button.

- After you hit finish it should look like something like this.
If you want to get back to the main menu hit “View Mail” button
in the upper left hand corner.

- You’re Done. If you would like to add another rule click
on the “Add” button again and follow steps 3 – 7.
